Operation Thunder Bluff is recruting

There hangs a new announcement on the trade blackboard.
It says the following:

Citizens of Thunder Bluff

I.
My name is Firewire and im recruiting people that would like
to support Operation Thunder Bluff.

The idea is to create a place where outcasts, people that
seek shelter or refugees from wars or political persecution can find peace and a place to life.

To make this happen I want to build new homes in Thunder Bluff.
This operation needs people that are willing to do their part on the one hand
and money to buy all the stuff we will need for the new houses on the other hand.

II.
Therefore I'm looking for applications for the following jobs.

1.Treasurer
The treasurer manages the guild bank, pays the monthly wages
to our workers and thinks about new ways how we can make money.

2.Merchant
The merchant will buy stuff we need for building houses and she/he
will sell the stuff we acquire through our work. He/she will be co-managing
the guild bank as it will be filled or emptied with the goods we buy and sell.

3.Hunters/Collectors
The more self sufficient we are, the more money we can make. If we can
acquire the goods we need our self, we can sell the goods we don't need
for self usage for a profit. Hunter's will hunt animals and make meals out
off them, collectors will collect herbs or ore.

4.Scouts
Scouts explore the area around and beyond Thunder Bluff. They will inform the guild
about the wild animals that live around Thunder Bluff, about good places to collect herbs or ore
and about possible threats or possibilities to make new allies and friendships.
Scouts could also organize travel events, where they show the guild members
the world of Azeroth.

5.Constructors
The constructors will lead the building operation. The will create a shopping list
for the stuff we need to build buildings. They also should have an open eye
for buildings in Thunder Bluff where no one lives anymore and that we also could use
for our cause.

6.Social Engineers
Our operation will need a strong social network. For that i need people
that travel through Azeroth and create social contacts to other guilds.
Social Engineers will inform the guild about the plans and operation of
other guilds and also present our cause to the outside world. The more
organizations we know the better. We will need trade partners, allies and friends.
The social engineers make sure we will get these. Social Engineers also recruit new members
that want to work for our cause.

7.Brawlers
As war is omnipresent in our world, it is good to have members that are fighters and
can defend us against military threats. The work from brawlers will be to train
others in self defense, to escort exploring or trade missions and to do fighting tournaments
or show fights. Brawlers could also organize sport events like races and pet battles.

8.Medic
It would be good to have a medic that can take care of wounds
and diseases. Witch Doctors, educated medics or mages can all apply for this job.
